Chelmer Reno

​​This modern renovation of a Chelmer worker's cottage blends the traditional weatherboard walls of the old house with modern exposed concrete blockwork sofened by the rosewood timber windows and doors.

The weatherboards and original windows were finished in Dulux Quarter Lexicon, the fencing, gates and cladding in Dulux Klavier.

The blockwork in CCS Semi-Gloss Decrathane leaving the blockwork with a slight sheen. 

For the rosewood windows and doors Intergrain Ultraclear was specified due to its hard wearing properties and UV resistance.
