The specification for this job was simple, a quick exterior re-paint as the property was going on the market having been fully refurbished inside and with a stylish new deck being added to the front.
The roof was first cleaned and then repainted in Colourbond Surfmist giving it a new lease of life.
The guttering was painted in Dulux Lights Out, the facia, window frames and screens in Dulux Natural White, and the the walls and battons in Dulux Lanyard.
Deshon Street, Woolloongabba
This property was in dire need of a renovation.
Not only had it been badly neglected, been used for various purposes commercial and otherwise but had been subject to extensive fire damage.
Our brief was simple - clean crisp neutral colour scheme, and get in and out in as little time as possible.
Always up for a challenge we completed the exterior in just two days
The walls are Dulux White Duck with fascia in Dulux Monument.
